Coming this Friday to the palace is Eric Goldberg! As a way to advertise for the event i made this poster of him as, one of his many characters, the Genie.


I went to disneyland today with my brother. He is in LA with his choir. Disney was fun and it was good to see one of my siblings. I went to the concert afterward witch was held before an ash Wednesday service. While i was in the service i got an idea for this comic.

film update: set change

I changed up the set today. One of my lights burnt out and i can't get replacements over the weekend so i'm going to play it safe and just light the scene tomorrow. I am already ahead of where i thought i would be and i wasn't planning on animating tonight anyway.

What I wish someone had told me before I came to Calarts

  • Get a coffee maker of some kind
  • For your first year don't worry about making a GREAT film. Just make a film.
  • Sketch
  • Make a portfolio, portfolio
  • Don't pull the "all-nighter" just to pull the "all-nighter"
  • Schedule in Breaks
  • Take an english 101 class
  • To get anything done with administration you need to ask more than three times.
